About New Town Gwadar

New Town Housing Project 1st Phase was first launched in 1986, and the project was purely for locals, with 5B Marketing (Pvt) Ltd now providing guidance and information to interested buyers and investors. Initially, very nominal charges were paid for 120 sq/yd and 200 sq/yd residential plots, which made land ownership easier for local families. Today, more than 50% of the area is populated, and all basic facilities are available, including electricity, drinking water, and telephone services. Thereafter, Phase II, Phase III, Phase IV-A, and Phase IV-B were announced. Phases II and III were also allotted to locals, whereas in Phase IV, some plots were allotted to people outside Balochistan. Surprisingly, these plots were allotted at payments ranging from five to ten thousand rupees. This housing project works under the supervision of DCO Gwadar, and all plot records are available at the DC Office Gwadar.
