South Air Reported Timetable
Daily Times and ProPakistani reported on 3 July 2026 that South Air would fly two weekly services to Gwadar from 9 July to 31 October. On Thursdays, flight Z8-922 was to leave Karachi at 4:40 pm and reach Gwadar at 6:10 pm, and flight Z8-923 was to leave Gwadar at 6:40 pm and reach Karachi at 8:10 pm. On Saturdays, flight Z8-909 was to leave Karachi at 7:00 am and reach Gwadar at 8:30 am, then continue to Quetta, leaving at 9:00 am and arriving at 10:40 am. The return, flight Z8-910, was to leave Quetta at 11:10 am, reach Gwadar at 1:10 pm and leave for Karachi at 1:40 pm, landing at 3:10 pm.

Dawn reported that South Air flew a trial flight from Karachi to Gwadar on 26 May 2026. ARY News reported on 22 July that the first South Air flight landed at the New Gwadar International Airport with 54 passengers, and that the airline uses ATR aircraft. The Centre for Aviation reported that PIA began twice-weekly Karachi to Gwadar to Turbat services with ATR 72 aircraft on 16 December 2024 and was then the only scheduled operator on those sectors.
